Whale Rock Vineyard is a certified organic vineyard in the Templeton Gap AVA of Paso Robles. This is an awarding treat that explodes with ripe strawberries, framed by cinnamon-spiced plums, and cedar box aromas. Barrel aging for 15 months creates a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity, medium bodied sipper, with a cherry finish. The Spaniards, known for their Tempranillo, would be jealous of this wine’s finesse!
