Tannat 2020

Our Tannat is grown on the hilltop of our SIP Certified Blind Faith II Vineyard, creating grapes with vibrant color and fruit intensity. Tannat originates from France where it is grown for blending because of the high tannin structure and aging ability. This Tannat has aromas of dark plums, ripe berries, and chipotle peppers, finishing with smoked cherries. The plentiful tannins are tamed with extended oak aging for a long lasting finish. Drink now with your favorite cut of meat or save it for a special occasion that calls for intensity!
