Syrah Whale Rock 2021

This Syrah comes from our CCOF Certified Organic Whale Rock Vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles in the Templeton Gap district.

The cooler west side conditions create a deep ruby color and dark berries, which develop into a full mouth feel with broad shoulders. Bay leaf, crushed cherry, violets, and peppercorn aromas are paired with balanced acidity. Extended oak aging and ample tannins are the perfect combination for longevity.
