Primitivo 2021

Our Primitivo is sourced from SIP Certified Estate vineyards on both the east and west sides of Paso Robles. Primitivo is a clone of Zinfandel imported from Italy, thus some of Zinfandel’s characteristics will be found in the wine. It’s a garnet-red wine layered with ripe strawberries, black cherries, a touch of earthiness, and cracked black pepper spice that is associated with Northern Italian wines.
