Cabernet Sauvignon Whale Rock 2020

Aromas are sweet roses, cherry pie, and blueberry jam.  The bright fruit is followed by a dense structure. Extended oak aging adds layers of chai vanilla spice and cedar box aromas.  It’s a broad shouldered wine, but the tannins are tamed and elegant. Enjoy with rich, hearty entrées or with your favorite dark  chocolate or aged cheese. Excellent for cellar aging. 

Aged 25 months in French and American oak.
