Cabernet Dorsa 2021

Cabernet Dorsa is a native of Germany and rare in America. This wine is grown on the hilltop of our Blind Faith Estate Vineyard in Paso Robles. Aromas are berry jam and dried strawberries. The deep, bright fruit is followed by a dense structure. It’s a full bodied wine with a soft, cherry finish from extended small oak aging. Enjoy with rich, hearty entrées or with your favorite aged cheese.
