Balena is a delicate, aromatic blend of Falanghina, Albariño, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Pinot Grigio. Balena displays floral and tropical aromas of sandalwood, orange blossoms, mangos, and yellow-delicious apples. The fruit is framed with balanced acidity and a refreshing finish to create an elegant wine. Pair with pasta primavera, seared scallops, veal piccata, or soft cheeses.
